North Shore goalie Connor Sullivan made 32 saves, but the Storm fell at Superior 5-0 Thursday, Dec. 12.

The Spartans’ got a goal from Drew Nelson at the 11:53 mark of the first period to Superior a 1-0 lead.

Superior scored twice in each of the final two periods to lock up the win.

The Storm only generated 12 shots in the game, while the Spartans generated 37 on Sullivan.

North Shore also lost at home to Pine City 3-1 Tuesday, Dec. 17.

Isaac Swanson scored 5 minutes into the game, but the Storm again had trouble putting shots on goal and allowed three third-period goals in the loss.
