William Kelley seniors Weston Monson and Callie Klemmer were named homecoming king and queen Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Students filed into the newly renovated auditorium at Kelley, where two boys and two girls from grades 9-11 were named to the homecoming court. Monson and Klemmer were chosen after students voted among four senior boys and girls.

During the ceremony, Silver Bay "super fan" Stew Carlson, also the pastor at Sychar Lutheran Church, spoke about why each member of the homecoming court was deserving of the recognition and also revealed the origins of his signature Silver Bay Mariners flag.
