An upcoming course offered in Two Harbors will teach participants about healthy eating.
The series, a curriculum of six courses, will cover all aspects of healthy eating, including hands-on healthy food preparation and a grocery store tour with shopping tips. The class schedule is not finalized, but would consist of a two-hour class each week, likely beginning in June. Six participants must sign up before the class is scheduled.
The class is free and open to all, and is a partnership between Lake View Clinic in Two Harbors and the University of Minnesota Extension. It is funded by a grant from Healthy Northland.
To sign up, call Nurse Sherri Hraban at Lake View Clinic at 834-7736.
