Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. For a New Certificate of Title After Mortgage Foreclosure Sale.
In Relation to Certificate of Title No. 17,349 issued for land in the County of Lake and State of Minnesota legally described as:
That part of the Northeast quarter of Southwest quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4), Section Ten (10), Township Fifty-Two (52) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, lying Northwesterly of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of new U.S. Highway No. 61 and lying Southwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NE1/4 of SW1/4, run Southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of said new U.S. Highway No. 61, said point being 880.0 feet Northeasterly distance along said right-of-way line from its intersection with the West line of said NE1/4 of SW1/4. Containing 5.0 acres more or less. County of Lake State of Minnesota.
Reserving, however, unto parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns, forever, a roadway easement extending 20 feet Easterly and Southeasterly of a line described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of said new U.S. Highway No. 61 and the West line of said NE1/4 of SW1/4, run Northerly along said West line a distance of 300 feet to a point, then Northeasterly along a line parallel to said Northwesterly right-of-way line of said new U.S. Highway No. 61 to the point of intersection of said parallel line with the line first described above and as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, run Southeasterly in a straight line to a point on said Northwesterly right-of-way line of said new U.S. Highway No. 61 distant 880 feet Northeasterly along said right-of-way line from its intersection with the said West line of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 27th day of February, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in Lake County Courthouse, 601 3rd Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order:
That the Registrar of Titles of Lake County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, Court File No. 38-CV-18-300, cancel Certificate of Title No. 17,349 and enter a new

certificate for the land therein described in favor of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, subject to existing recitals, but free of all the memorials, except Document Nos. 1208, 1209, 7224, and 9772, now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including Document No. T000044859 and free of the memorial of this Order.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the entry of the above described order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served:
(a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action;
(b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address;
(c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Titles if his/her address is so stated.
(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. 5.25. (Note: return date on Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after date of mailing by the Secretary of State.)
