Two Harbors City Band — the oldest continuously operating city band in Minnesota — performs weekly summer concerts at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays at the bandshell in Thomas Owens Park. The band will also perform during Independence Day festivities Wednesday, July 4, at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 7, at 11 a.m. at the bandshell. The concerts are directed by Alan Anderson.
