Ask a trooper: Headphones while driving
Question: I've increasingly seen more drivers wearing earphones, and especially full-fledged over the ear headphones while driving lately. And more motorcycle riders too. I thought it was against the law to wear them, and I don't recall seeing any statute changes to the contrary....
