Adam Tanner Martin, 25, of Two Harbors — April 26, 2018, offense: gross misdemeanor driving while impaired in the third degree; 365 days in jail, stayed 185 days for two years, serve as work release at the Northeast Regional Corrections Center; two years probation; complete DWI program; attend victim impact panel; $510 fees.

Niiko Shawn Youngblood, 43, of Duluth — April 27, 2017, offense: felony burglary in the first degree; 57 months in prison; $1,395 fees.

Matthew Jon Untereker, 40, of Two Harbors — Feb. 23, 2018, offense: gross misdemeanor violation of an order for protection; 365 days in jail, stayed 355 days for two years, credit for three days served; two years probation; $385 fees.

John Michael Holt, 50, of Minneapolis — May 28, 2017, offenses:

Ryan Allen James Butcher, 31, of Hinckley — April 13, 2016, offense: gross misdemeanor interference with an emergency call; 150 days in jail, credit for 99 days served; $685 fees.

July 20

Dutch Ryan Friedt, 44, of Two Harbors — Oct. 31, 2017, offenses:

  • Felony possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree; 13 months in prison, stayed for 10 years; 365 days in jail, credit for three days served, serve time at Lake County Jail or Northeast Regional Corrections Center; 10 years probation; $235 fees;
  • Felony possesses any type of firearm/ammo; 60 months in prison, stayed for 10 years; 365 days in jail, credit for three days served, serve as Sentence to Serve; 10 years probation;
  • Felony sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree; 24 months in prison, stayed for 10 years; 365 days in jail, credit for three days served, serve as Sentenced to Serve, serve concurrent with other two convictions.
