Seven Two Harbors students recently graduated from The College of St. Scholastica. Paige Ohlund graduated cum laude with a bachelor's in biology. Michaela Campbell graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in psychology. Victoria Highmark graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in exercise physiology. Brittany Duresky graduated with a bachelor's in nursing. Sara Perry-Nelson graduated with a bachelor's in nursing. Matthew Jacob graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy. James Carr graduated with a master's in IT leadership.

Chris Mackey and David Norlen, both of Two Harbors, recently graduated from the University of North Dakota.

Michaela Campbell, Victoria Highmark and Paige Ohlund, all of Two Harbors, and Michael Dyste of Silver Bay were named to the dean's list at The College of St. Scholastica. To receive the honor, a student must obtain a GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Scotti Berg and Annie Guiney, both of Two Harbors, were named to the dean's list at Winona State University. To receive the honor, a student must achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Alexis Hanson of Two Harbors was recently named as the 2017 recipient of a $500 scholarship from the Eighth District Minnesota State Horticultural Society. Scholarships were presented to youths who have shown an interest in gardening/horticulture. Hanson plans on attending The College of St. Scholastica.
