The Lake County Humane Society has a new adoptable pet. His name is Boosie and he is a very handsome fellow. He’s a young shorthaired male cat, who appears to be blind. He moves around slowly, and relies on his nose to help him find his way.

Boosie is friendly and fine with other cats, but needs a special owner or family to give him a forever home. He will be neutered and updated on his vaccinations before adoption.

Come and meet Boosie or any of our other pets by stopping in at the shelter during an open house. Hours are 9-11 a.m. Monday-Friday, 4-6 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 1-3 p.m. on Saturdays. We are located behind the ambulance garage at 415 20th Ave. Please call 218-834-5806 for more information.
