Two Harbors resident and musician Rachel Nelson recently received a grant to work on her original play "The Urban Hermit." Nelson's play focuses on a period in her life as a street musician in the Twin Cities.

The Lake Superior Community Theatre is asking for volunteers to help with set painting for their spring production of "Grease." Set painting will begin Nov. 17 in the William Kelley High School auditorium. Those with questions about volunteering should call 218-353-7509.
