Callyn Bailey, 12, caught the day's second biggest fish. She accepted a prize of $80. That'll buy a lot of tartar sauce. Submitted2 / 3

Hugo's and the Brimson Sportsmen's Club sponsored an ice fishing contest Sunday, Feb 17, on seven area lakes. This year, 229 anglers came out to try to win some of the $1800 in prize money.

Sisters Callyn and Ava Bailey won first and second prizes. The girls' fish, both Northern Pike, differed in weight by just two ounces.

Ava's weighed in at 4 pounds, 1 ounce and Callyn's was 3 pounds, 15 ounces. They received $100 and $80, respectively
