The 433-foot Dutch vessel Kwintebank is expected to arrive this morning to load beet pulp pellets at the General Mills elevator. Built in 2002, the Kwintebank is operated under charter by Wagenborg Shipping of the Netherlands. The Kwintebank is shown departing the harbor in April of this year.
